Tempo Version Release 2025.10.0 (October 16, 2025)

New Features

  • Times in start and end fields:
    • You can now display times in the start and end fields by right-clicking the column header and selecting “Show time”
    • The time can be edited by double-clicking a cell and selecting a time from the dropdown menu or typing it manually.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where, for some users, locations were hidden from the table even though they were assigned to tasks.

  • The resource panel now opens to the same time range position as the timeline view.


Tempo Version Release 2025.9.0 (September 29, 2025)

New Features

Admicom Header:

  • The Admicom Header – a top bar that connects Admicom’s software – now allows navigation between different Admicom applications, if the user has access to multiple products.

  • The application menu can be opened from the top left corner.

  • The top bar now displays the selected organization, project, and view.

Changes

  • Project information and Project settings have been merged into a single button.

  • The project start date can now be edited in the project settings. Moving the project start date forward will automatically shift the tasks accordingly.

  • Tempo now asks for confirmation when saving changes to the project start time after clicking the Save changes button.

New features

  • Splitting a timeline into subtasks: 
    • The timeline can be split into subtasks via the context menu that opens with a right-click on the timeline, using the “Split” function.
    • The scheduling of subtasks can be adjusted by dragging and stretching them. Subtask names can be edited via the context menu that opens with a right-click on the subtask, using the “Rename” function. 
  • The visibility setting for project goals remains saved between sessions.
  • When dragging a subtask, the program notifies the user if the parent task’s constraint conflicts with the new start time. The user can now decide whether to also move the parent task’s constraint date earlier.

  • The printout date range now works with day-level precision, whereas previously it only worked with month-level precision. This prevented generating detailed printouts for shorter projects.

Errors that occasionally appeared for some users have been corrected, including:

  • Fixed the Calculation cycle error that occurred when opening a project.

  • Fixed the sync issue that appeared after adding a goal.

  • Fixed the duplication issue when copying a resource.

  • Fixed an error in project settings.

  • Fixed an error occurring in printouts.

  • Fixed a TableComponent error.

  • Fixed an error related to deleting locations.


Tempo version release 2025.5.0 (April 9, 2025)


New features

  • In print preview, you can now add headers:
    • Text: A free text field where you can enter e.g. the company name, schedule name, or the schedule creator
    • Page number: Displays the total number of pages and the current page number
    • Project name: Fetches the project name
    • Date: The print date


Changes

  • The hierarchy levels of visible tasks are now preserved between sessions.


Fixes

  • Copying a project now also copies the locations.
  • Vertical area text is now aligned with the vertical line (for vertical areas without an end date).
  • Data was not saved when a large number of tasks were imported, e.g., via XML or the Planner integration.
  • Changes were not saved when the Undo / Redo actions were used repeatedly.


Tempo version release 2025.4.0 (March 18, 2025)


New features

  • A search function for the Admicom Vision project when selecting a project (the search now only displays top-level folders).
  • Print preview is now also available in multi-project view.


Changes

  • In the print settings, the date range in the schedule area selection now defaults to +/- 1 month from the project's start and end dates.


Fixes

  • The checkboxes in the "View" menu now correctly display the selections.


Tempo version release 2025.3.0 (February 18, 2025)


New features

  • You can now link a Tempo user and a resource in the user management, allowing the users’ projects and tasks to be queried via the interface.
  • In an Admicom Vision project, you can choose which folder will host the subfolders created from a scheduled task to enable smoother linking of tasks and documents. (Note: Creating documents and folders is not yet supported in the user interface.)


Changes

  • There are now more incremental steps when zooming in and out of the time range.


Fixes

  • The flickering issue with the undo function experienced by some users has been resolved.
  • Zooming out of the time range no longer causes the view to freeze.
  • Removing the allocation of a work item linked to a task now updates the duration while keeping the work item unchanged.

  • The slowdown caused by copying resources from one task to another has been resolved.

New features

  • New printing features:
    • Print preview before opening in the browser
    • Added support for A1 and A2 paper sizes


  • Now available for all users. Instructions for enabling the integration can be found on our support website (only in Finnish)
  • Locations have been added to the filter panel.


Changes

  • After a task is split, the subtasks are automatically expanded.
  • The default column widths have been modified.


Fixes

  • When printing on multiple pages, the status line now appears on all rows.
  • Some users occasionally encountered an error message during login. This issue has been resolved.
  • Various issues related to work item allocation have been fixed.


Tempo version release 2024.16.0 (November 26, 2024) 


New Features


  • Locations are now live in production!
    1. Locations can be defined for a project in the project settings. 2. Tasks can be assigned a location via the location column. 3. Tasks can be split across multiple locations using the location column. 
    4. When splitting a task, its durations and quantities are also divided, ensuring the total duration and quantity remain         unchanged 
  • In the future, release notes will be displayed directly in the application
